D.A. Steve Cooley Retirement Party for Deputy D.A. Joe Civitate

	When District Attorney Steve Cooley was faced with the retirement of his Deputy District Attorney Joe Civitate, he needed a unique location for this event. They invited every judge, prosecutor, investigator, and criminal that had a job in City Hall. The catered event fed 300 guests.

	Here Don congratulates his long-time friend Deputy D.A. Joe Civitate on his retirement from the D.A.'s office. Don and Joe have been personal friends dating back to the mid 70's.

	The highlight of the evening, was a suprise belly dancer provided by one of his friends. When she started shaking, all 300 guests and the house started shaking! It was a fun time to be had by all, as you can see from this picture.

Magic Johnson Foundation (Sponsor Appreciation Event)
	When the event planner for the Magic Johnson Foundation saw our location, she knew immediately that this was where Magic Johnson would host the event. They invited the Lakers, their sponsors, and 400 of their best friends. It was an afternoon of sun, fun, food and photo ops for Don and his friends.

Loyola Marymount College Annual Sorority Party

	Sororities and fraternities frequently have chosen our location for five reasons: #1- They need a location that is virtually indestructable. #2- The ability to have loud music. #3- A place to party until 2 a.m. #4- A user-friendly location. #5- A large dance floor and bar.
