This large spacious area is the living room and dining room combined. The centerpiece of the living room is the built in custom bookcases for your TV and stereo system. Another major feature of the living room is the spiral staircase which leads up to the penthouse bedroom and sun deck on the roof. The living room features recessed and track lighting, and a one inch thick picture window. The dining room features a functional cocktail bar with a multi-color grid lighting system located above it. On the opposite wall is a floor to ceiling wall to wall mural of the view of the earth from the moon. Hanging industrial lights are located in the center of the room for a dining room table. Off the dining room is the large walk-in sauna.
