Living Room

 

The living and dining room are one large space with a brand new wall to wall finished oak wood floor. At the very front of the living room is a 5' X 10' dual glass insulated picture window with an amazing view of the continuous southbound traffic on the Harbor Freeway. Front window also has Levelor mini blind. At night the view of the non-stop tail lights is both enchanting and mesmerizing. One side of the living room wall is two large walk-in closets with mirrored sliding glass doors. The living room is also equipped with four recessed lighting fixtures controlled by a dimmer.

The dining room, adjacent to the living room, is another spacious area for a dining room table, a pool table or anything you want to place there.

Against one wall is a very functional bar with a large plate mirror back-wall and overhead lighting.

The ceiling is equipped with four recessed lighting fixtures and a fly fan for additional air movement.
