All six models are identical except for the width of the contact wheel tire and the size of the motor. Each use a 72" long abrasive belt. The width of the belt and the size of the motor are indicated by the model numbers as indicated on the chart below:
Screenpro will custom design and build your main support table based on the length of the longest tube or pipe that you refinish. Our standard table is 72" wide x 40" deep and will handle objects up to 36" in length.
The product carriage holds and rotates the pipe or tube to be finished and is custom-built to the customer's specifications. We require that the customer provide us with the length and diameter of tube or pipe they wish to refinish. A sample is preferred.
Standard electrical controls consist of a manual starter wired 230 or 460V, 3 phase, 60 HZ.
Prices do not include costs to conform to any local or state requirements that exceed the requirements generally accepted nationally.
There will be a cancellation charge for orders canceled after work on order has begun. The amount of the charge will be determined by the degree of completion at the time of cancellation.
Machinery manufactured by Screenpro is guaranteed to be free of defective material or faulty workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment. Electric motors, control and other commercial parts are covered by separate warranties from their respective manufacturers. In the event of defective material or faulty workmanship, the defective part must be returned to Screenpro, freight prepaid, where it will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Screenpro. Labor charges for removal and replacement of the part are not included in the guarantee. Screenpro assumes no liability for any injuries to persons, damage to property or delays in production.
On special machinery, Screenpro guarantees the machinery supplied for a specific application will produce the results equal to or better than those produced on sample parts at the time of the quotation.
